Privacy Policy

1. Account & Registration Data

The app collects only the basic data required to sign in and identify the user:

• Students: phone number and password linked to their platform account.
• Parents/Guardians: phone number registered as a parent contact for a student on the platform.
• Device identifier (Device UUID) to route notifications to the correct device.

This data is used solely for account authentication and directing notifications to the correct user. We do not collect additional data beyond what is necessary to operate the app.

2. Notifications & Device Tokens

To send and receive push notifications, the app collects:

• Device token (FCM Token) from Firebase Cloud Messaging.
• Unique device identifier (Device UUID) stored locally on the phone.
• Notification content sent from the platform (title and body).

This data is used exclusively to deliver educational and administrative notifications. Device tokens are sent to Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) only for notification delivery. We do not share these tokens or your personal data with advertising networks or third parties for marketing or tracking purposes.

3. No Advertising

The app explicitly confirms that it:

• Is completely free of advertisements.
• Does not use external advertising networks.
• Does not display ad content directed at children or minors.

4. No Location or Media Collection

The app does not collect or share any of the following:

• Geographic location (GPS) or location data.
• Camera, photo gallery, or microphone access.
• Contacts, files, or other on-device data.

The app does not request permissions for camera, photo library, microphone, or location.

5. Children's Privacy

The app serves students and parents in an educational environment. For minor students:

• Processed data is used exclusively for the educational and administrative purposes described in this policy.
• We do not sell minors' data to any third party.
• We do not use their data for cross-app or cross-site tracking.
• We do not use their data for marketing or advertising purposes.

Student-related notifications may also be delivered to a registered parent/guardian when they sign in to the app using platform records.

6. Deletion Rights & Contact

You may request deletion of your account or app-related data by:

• Contacting the platform administration (منصة معطي الكيمياء).
• Sending an email to: the email configured in platform settings
• Using the support channels available on the website.

When you log out of the app, your device is unlinked from push notifications and will no longer receive new alerts on that device. To fully delete your account, please contact platform administration.

7. Security & Updates

We apply reasonable security measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. We may update this policy from time to time; the last updated date is shown at the top of this page.
